Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NitiERP, operated by Divya Soft Pvt. Ltd.. By using the service you agree to them.

Subscriptions & billing

NitiERP is offered on a modular subscription — you pay only for the modules you enable. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly). A 14-day free trial is available with no card required. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Your data & ownership

You own all business data you put into NitiERP. We process it only to provide the service. On cancellation you may export your data; we retain it only as long as legally required.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate Nepali law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability and provide support per your plan. Offline-capable modules continue to work without internet and sync when reconnected. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Compliance

NitiERP supports IRD-compliant billing and Nepali fiscal-year (BS) accounting. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you record and for your own statutory filings.
